Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Auldric platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auldric provides an AI-powered growth execution platform that includes structured skill execution, project management, and analytics tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Token usage beyond your plan allocation is metered and billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are in GBP and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all skills, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Auldric Ltd. Content you create using the Service remains yours. You grant Auldric a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auldric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
